Global IT Director
The Global IT Director of the International Union of Uzbekistan’s Students (UzSU) oversees all technological development, digital infrastructure, software systems, and innovation across the Union’s international ecosystem. This role ensures that UzSU operates on modern, secure, and scalable digital platforms that support students worldwide and strengthen the Union’s global identity.
The Global IT Director leads the strategic development of UzSU’s applications, internal programs, websites, digital tools, membership systems, and communication technologies. By coordinating the work of international Web and Digital Teams, the Director ensures the creation of reliable digital services from custom applications and automation systems to secure verification tools and communication workflows. These solutions enhance accessibility, efficiency, and transparency across all branches.
Acting as the Union’s chief technology architect, the Global IT Director sets development standards, oversees user experience and digital security, and maintains technical consistency across all international branches. Through leadership, innovation, and a forward-looking mindset, the Director ensures that UzSU remains a modern and digitally empowered organization capable of supporting students in an increasingly global and technologically driven world.
Biography
Abrorkhon is a Full-Stack Web Developer from Uzbekistan with experience in building modern applications, digital platforms, and scalable digital systems. He currently serves as the Global IT Director for the International Union of Uzbekistan Students (UzSU) – leading the development of internal software tools, automation workflows, verification systems, and digital infrastructure supporting membership and operational processes across multiple regions.
He developed the official UzSU platforms – including studentsunion.uz and verify.studentsunion.uz – implementing secure authentication, QR-based verification, and Stripe-powered subscription management.
Professionally, Abrorkhon works as a Student Web Developer at INFOMOTION GmbH in Frankfurt – building Angular-based enterprise applications, contributing to UI component engineering, REST API integration, and backend development with Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
In parallel, Abrorkhon runs PenguinDev – his ongoing development initiative where he delivers end-to-end solutions for clients worldwide. His work spans full-stack applications, WordPress-based platforms, custom automation scripts, server deployment and configuration, SEO implementation, and UI/UX design using Figma. Through PenguinDev, he manages the full lifecycle of digital products – from planning and technical architecture to deployment, optimization, and long-term maintenance.
His technical skill set includes Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, SASS, WordPress, Git (GitLab/GitHub), UI/UX design, automation scripting, and responsive front-end engineering.
